Esto y muchos mas datos se andan revisando en los cuadernos de campo del siglo XVI y XVII de lugares muy conocidos de producción vinicola en España. Ademas de la búsqueda de la pureza, y de la búsqueda del origen quieren incorporar nuevos detalles en los centros de producción para facilitarle a los clientes que se decanten por su bodega. Por ejemplo, estamos viendo como se están colocando cámaras resistentes al agua para observar a tiempo real la cosecha desde cualquier parte del planeta, grabaciones de fotogramas con super reproducion para ver el desarrollo de la planta, también puede verse el trabajo diario a los viñedos así como seguir la cosecha en directo. Todo esto con el fin de conseguir encontrar la diferencia, buscando lo artesano, el gusto por los detalles, la exclusividad, alejándose de las grandes producciones...

No se que hubiera sido de Monet, Van Gogh, Rafael, Picasso si hubieran montado produccion en cadena de sus obras de arte...

Cada día veo a importadores en el mundo, concretamente ahora en UK y me da la sensación que importan sus vinos desde "tiendas de souvenirs" de cada país...

The best time to position in ecological wine - El mejor momento para posicionarse en el vino ecologico

Last month we learned the news about the award for best Spanish wine 2013. As we had predicted , the award has relapsed on an ecological wine. Not that we are liars, but is the most logical , if we look at the direction that leads the market. I'm not going to focus on the award-winning , all I know and it is clear that a wine of high quality. My question is whether the gentlemen who organized this list has been tested ecological Spanish wines. I do not know the answer but I can imagine . Every time me less confident such as trade lists , I see that deviate from the supreme quality towards consumerism and marketing. Observing we came in the last half of 2012 as the wines of that region were going up in price and the price of land . New publications are coming nonprofit aimed at the supreme quality at the best processes , aimed at finding the best wines in all areas. It is clear that these publications the best media or on billboards in big cities will not see , but there will be hundreds of anonymous people who can make the best wines at reasonable prices, worldwide .







El mes pasado conocimos la noticia sobre el premio al mejor vino español 2013. Como ya habíamos vaticinado, el premio ha recaído sobre un vino ecológico. No es que seamos adivinos, sino es lo mas lógico, si observamos el sentido que lleva el mercado. No me voy a centrar en el galardonado, todos lo conocemos y está claro que un vino de mucha calidad. Mi pregunta es si los señores que organizan esta lista han probado todos los vinos ecológicos españoles. No conozco la respuesta pero me la puedo imaginar. Cada vez me inspira menos confianza este tipo de listas tan comerciales, las veo que se alejan de la calidad suprema hacia el consumismo y el mercadeo. Veníamos observando en el ultimo semestre del año 2012 como los vinos de esa región iban subiendo de precio así como el precio del suelo. Están saliendo nuevas publicaciones sin animo de lucro, orientadas a la calidad suprema, a los mejores procesos, orientadas a encontrar los mejores vinos en todos sus conceptos. Esta claro que estas publicaciones no se verán el los mejores medios de comunicación ni en las vallas publicitarias de las grandes ciudades, pero habrá cientos de personas anónimas que puedan tomar los mejores vinos, a precios razonables, en todo el mundo.

Missing an ecological wine in big British supermarkets - Falta de vino ecologico en los grandes supermercados britanicos

I think I'm done with the move. Finally I have moved to Canary wharf . I was torn between 2 zones but I think this was better for the location and nearby businesses .

I'm still surprised by the amount of vegetables, milk and other food products from ecological production I see and yet I see little ecological wine. In major supermarkets in the area is invaluable ecological wine offering . What is the reason for this ? large supermarkets are uninformed ? importers do not find the business? Whatever the reason I think it is not making a line of fabulous business. With this post I want to appeal to delegates buying TESCO , ASDA , SAINSBURY . In the yoga classes I attend to talk to my classmates about it , most are brockers , senior traders or large company . These gentlemen would be willing to take ecological high quality wine and still not find them , and those who are are super expensive . I hope that those responsible for these distribution chains take note and improve their offer.






Creo que ya he terminado con la mudanza. Finalmente me he mudado a Canary wharf. Estaba dudando entre 2 zonas pero creo que esta era mejor por la ubicación y por las empresas que hay cerca.

Aun estoy sorprendido por la cantidad de vegetales, leche y demás productos alimenticios de producción ecológica que veo y sin embargo veo poco vino ecológico. En los principales supermercados de la zona es inapreciable la oferta de vino ecológico. Cual es la razón de ello? los grandes supermercados están desinformados? los importadores no encuentran el negocio? Sea cual sea la razón creo que no se está aprovechando una linea de negocio fabulosa. Con este post quiero hacer un llamamiento a los delegados de compra de TESCO, ASDA, SAINSBURY. En la clases de yoga a las que asisto hablo con mis compañeros de clase sobre el tema, la mayoría son brockers, traders o altos cargos de grandes compañía. Estos señores estarían dispuesto a tomar vino ecológico de alta calidad y sin embargo no los encuentran, y los que encuentran son super caros. Espero que los responsables de estas cadenas de distribución tomen nota y mejoren su oferta.

Es este post abriré el tema de conversación a la agricultura ecológica en general. Intentaré hacer una reflexión sobre todos los cambios que estamos viviendo en estos últimos años. Estamos en un momento clave en cuanto a la alimentación se refiere, en la ultima década hemos estado observando como los alimentos se producían a miles de kilómetros donde se consumían teniendo que aportarle aditivos artificiales para intentar mantener sus características. A los cultivos se le añadían aditivos químicos para que tardaran la mitad de tiempo en desarrollarse. Frutas y hortalizas modificadas genéricamente para duplicar o triplicar su producción y un largo etcétera de barbaridades que hemos estados soportando y a su vez al consumir esos productos padeciendo. ¿son realmente sanos ese tipo de productos? ¿algunas enfermedades de nuestros días provienen por tomar esos productos? Nadie sabe las respuestas a estas preguntas pero la sociedad está consumiendo cada vez mas productos de cultivo ecológico. Estamos viendo el cambio, productos ecológicos, frescos, directamente del campo a la cocina, pequeños centros de producción especializados, cercanos a los puntos de venta, estamos observando sabores que hacia años que no encontrábamos. Y lo que nadie se podía pensar, SON PRODUCTOS MAS ECONÓMICOS Y FOMENTAN UN MEJOR REPARTO DE LA RIQUEZA ECONÓMICA.

This month has been very difficult to me to make a post because I'm changing my residence to London and oddly enough involves more work and dedication than I thought. As you all know I spent more time riding a plane of Britsh Airways in my house , so I've decided to move to try to do fewer hours of flights. During these days of hustle I have not stopped thinking about the disorganization that exists in the vast majority of the wineries in organic cultivation , I keep seeing as everyone makes war on its own and as large importers are able to control and put price to producers work . Spanish producers should ask several questions might start wondering why Florida wines , Italy and France are more presence and better prices than the Spaniards , what if these wines are better or higher quality ? Believe me when I say no, the difference is in the ability of negotiation, in the mindset of entrepreneurs. It's a shame , I always encounter the same mistakes . At each meeting I show an ecological wine clients, friends and other international producers are blown away by the quality and the price. The big problem is that the product has no international image and therefore larger distributors fail to take the big step .




Desorganización de los productores de vino ecológico.

Durante este mes me ha sido muy difícil poder hacer un post debido a que estoy cambiando mi residencia a Londres y aunque parezca mentira conlleva mas trabajo y dedicación de lo que me pensaba. Como todos sabéis me pasaba mas tiempo montado en un avión de la Britsh Airways que en mi casa, por lo cual, he decidido mudarme para intentar hacer menos horas de vuelos. Durante estos días de ajetreo no he parado de pensar en la desorganización que existe en la gran mayoría de las bodegas de cultivo ecológico, no dejo de ver como cada uno hace la guerra por su cuenta y como los grandes importadores son capaces de controlar y poner precio al trabajo de los productores. Los productores españoles deberian preguntarse varias cuestiones, podrían empezar preguntándose porque vinos de Florida, Italia y Francia están con mayor presencia y con mejores precios que los Españoles, ¿a caso estos vinos son mejores o de mayor calidad? Créanme cuando les digo que no, la diferencia está en la capacidad de negociación, en la estructura mental de los empresarios. Es una pena, encuentro siempre los mismo errores. En cada reunión que muestro un vino ecológico a clientes, a amigos y a otros productores internacionales se quedan alucinados por la calidad y por el precio. El gran problema reside en que el producto no tiene imagen internacional y por ello las grandes distribuidoras no llegan a dar el gran paso.

La cosecha de 2013 en España ronda los 50 millones de hectolitros, estamos hablando de un 20% más de la media en la última década. Lo sorprendente de estas cifras es que el precio medio del litro está a 1,44€. Hacia casi 14 años que no se marcaban estos precios. Este dato nos indica que a pesar de tener mas vino cada vez se produce vino de mayor calidad, se están mejorando procesos y se están eliminando barreras e intermediarios que distorsionaban el precio del producto. Así mismo, estoy observando una atomización o una liberación a la hora de la exportación, estamos contemplando interacciones directas entre productor y comprador. El mercado es cada vez mas profesional y mas eficaz. No quiero dejar pasar esta oportunidad para recalcar lo impresionado que me encuentro viendo la cantidad de fincas que se encuentran en proceso de evolución a cultivo ecológico y lo deseoso que están los consumidores en tener un amplio abanico de referencia. La producción de vino ecológico de alta calidad es una realidad tangible en nuestros días.

Haciéndome eco de la noticia que apareció esta semana en los medios de comunicación, me gustaría comentar la puesta en escena que están preparando los hermanos Roca junto con la marca España y el consulado en Sao Paulo. Durante esta semana algunos elegidos podrán disfrutar del mejor restaurante del mundo. Junto a la alta cocina no faltarán productos esenciales como el aceite de oliva y el buen vino Español. En el apartado de los vinos es donde me quiero recrear. Josep Roca a comentado en mas de una entrevista que las tendencias iban en torno a vinos accesibles y frescos, que posean un trato cercano con la agricultura ecológica y los conceptos biológicos. El respeto a la fruta está presente. Dicho esto, se me ocurren varias bodegas que tienen unos vinos ecológicos espectaculares con unos precios bastante asequibles. El lujo es muy barato pero hay que saber encontrarlo. Nosotros sabemos donde está y cada día mas personas en el mundo los disfrutan. Señores importadores, permitirme aconsejarles que estén bien atentos al mercado ecológico. El mundo está en constante evolución y tenéis que interpretarlo.
